Ocean FM's North West Today presenter, Niall Delaney was discussing the Rose of Tralee and in particular Daniel O'Donnell's performance and he made the mistake of having an opinion on Daniel O'Donnell's singing, saying he was 'out of tune', but in fairness he also said 'correct me if I'm wrong' and correct him is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what listener Ita did.
She was listening into the show and was NOT impressed with poor Niall and let rip at him.
No I'm not happy with you this morning, I'm very unhappy with you... I wouldn't criticise you the way you criticised Daniel on air, I mean that's ridiculous. That's not your job.
She has known Daniel since he was 11 years old and according to her
He never sang out of tune in his life... don't you dare!
This is like a classic case of being scolded by mammy and we're sure Niall won't be criticising lovely Daniel anymore.
The whole scenario is absolutely hilarious but it has to be listened to to be believed.
