The three lads are back.
Reports suggest axed former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson will return to screens on a new car show, alongside former colleagues Richard Hammond and James May.
An official announcement on the show's name, format and home network will arrive "in the next couple of weeks," though it's believed that Netflix as opposed to ITV is the most likely destination.
According to Nigel Pauley of the Daily Mirror, May and Hammond turned down a £4m offer to rejoin BBC's Top Gear alongside new presenter Chris Evans, and will instead join old pal Clarkson and former showrunner Andy Wilman in signing a lucrative offer to co-host the new show on the internet streaming giant.
The Sunday Times Driving website claims the new Clarkson-fronted car show will likely debut sometime after next March, around the new-look Top Gear on BBC, if not before it.
James May will also front a new BBC2 motoring show – Building Cars Live – together with Kate Humble, from Springwatch, and Ant Anstead, a car restorer and presenter on Channel 4’s For the Love of Cars.
