While it is a commonly accepted fact that The Simpsons isn't a watchable show anymore*, the characters should at least sound they did in the glory days, and if you are someone who still watches the newest episodes of a cartoon that defined the 90's, then you will be absolutely delighted to hear today's news.
Entertainment Weekly are reporting that Harry Shearer, gifted voice actor and the voice of Ned Flanders, Monty Burns, and Waylon Smithers to name but a few has agreed to re-join the show, after he announced his departure in May.
This means that along with Dan Castellaneta, Yeardley Smith, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright, and Hank Azaria, the original cast is still in place.

Even if you don't enjoy the newer episodes of the show, it's only right that the original cast stick together.
