It's usually around September time when we are all seething with envy at the lucky few who get their hands on the latest Apple iPhone. It's typically parents who haven't a clue how to use them and should have stuck to their reliable Nokia 6310i with a battery that lasted for a month that end up with the coveted technology and all you can do is sulk and bitch about how unfair life is.
Anyway, now that that rant is out of the way we can get onto the exciting stuff. Designer of the iPhone 7, Antonio De Rosa has uploaded some pictures of the latest version and it looks impressive to say the least.
Chances are, things will have changed somewhat in the design department before the unveiling of the new version in September by Apple chief executive, Tim Cook, but it's nice to have something to coo over and keep us going until then.
The new edition will run on iOS9, the newest Apple software, with new updates and features including Siri becoming more pro-active in recognising your behaviour, longer battery life (about bloody time), and improvements to Maps and Notes.
Ok so longer battery life means happy people but what about the camera I hear you ask? Well, apparently the next version will see "the biggest camera jump ever" with quality to rival a DSLR if blogger John Gruber is to be believed.
Yes! So now more charging your phone every half an hour and now the potential to take even better quality selifies, Oh the possibilities for photo opportunities are endless. Thank you Apple.
