Well this is utterly ridiculous.
A very well informed man by the name of 'Jim' called in to Cork's 96FM Opinion Line to offer his opinion on the marriage referendum, and the station's listeners were informed that a meteor is heading for Earth within the next 12 months. Probably.
And best of all? We could have been spared the worst of it if we had voted 'No'. Have a listen, it's absolutely gas.
So here's the breakdown of what is going to happen:
-God is going to have a cull on his Facebook friends list by killing 40 million people who don't follow his word.
-A meteor is going to hit Earth "probably before the end of the year".
-The marriage referendum was a test, which we failed.
-Ireland will now suffer like everyone else.
Ah well. We'd better make the most of it while we can soon.
In the meantime, someone get Jim a cup of tea.
