Even the mention of the word yawn is enough to set you off but according to actress, amateur lifestyle guru, conscious uncoupler and mother of a child named Apple, Gwyneth Paltrow, we have been carrying out the natural reflex that is the yawn, wrong our whole life.
She recently posted on her GOOP lifestyle website to let us all know how to properly yawn. This is not a joke. Gwyneth enlightened us as to where her yawning guide came from.
