Good Lord.
Pilots must see Cork Airport on their schedules and think, "Christ!" (Because of the wind, not the fact that it's in Cork).
Anyway, hats off to this pilot who fought off some seriously unnerving blusters to land a Stobart Air flight safely in Cork Airport yesterday.
It honestly looks touch and go right until the wheels hit the runway, and I feel as though we might be quick to underestimate the skill it took to roll with the wind. Crazy scenes.
