Gardai have arrested a swan on Dublin's Dame Street after he spent most of yesterday wandering around dazed and confused. The swan, of no fixed abode, was thought to be causing disturbance to the public and, after failed attempts from passers-by at apprehending the assailant, Gardai were forced to step in.
The swan was carried into the back of the Garda van, where he was brought to the station for questions before being released from custody some hours later. Garda Maloney of Pearse Street Garda Station told The SlicedPan 'I don't know who he thinks he is, swanning around like that. He has some neck on him.'
