Terms and conditions
There will be one winner chosen at random from the Balls.ie Facebook page and contacted via direct message. The winner will receive ‘Trainers for a Year’ up to the value of €1200 and are available to be collected from any JD Sports store in the Republic of Ireland. The Prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. All 12 pairs of trainers must be collected in one store visit. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternatives if the selected styles and/or sizes are not available.
Due to our Data Protection Policy entrants must be 12 or over. The winner must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland and must provide a valid ROI address in order to claim the prize. Employees and their immediate family of JD Sports Ltd, their associated companies or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter the competition. No purchase is necessary; all prizes are subject to availability. Participation is not limited, but all successful entrants must comply with the instructions detailed in the specific post. To enter on Facebook participants must Like and comment on one of the competition posts
The competition will commence 18/05/2015, and will terminate on the 24/05/2015 inclusive.
The winner will be drawn at random from the Balls.ie Facebook page. The prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. If the prize is not available JD Sports Ltd is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
The Promoters’ decision is final and binding on all the entrants, the running of the competition and the winner.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner. JD Sports Ltd has the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook after the winner is announced. In the event a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance within 24 hours, JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner and the person not responding will waive his/her rights to a prize.
