It may have escaped your notice that 30 April is World Honesty Day. It is a day when lobbyists and adulterers must take a vow of silence just so as not to transgress on the sacred day.
On 1 May, one is free to lie as normal.
Four Star Pizza erected a confessional box outside the St. Stephen's Green shopping centre. Dubliners were encouraged to enter the box and confess their worst sins, lured by the prospect of a pizza at the end of it.
