A Birmingham woman called Gemma Wale has been jailed for two weeks for breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
The offence in this instance consisted of 'screaming and shouting whilst having sex'.
The neighbour who pursued the matter complained of the torrid time she had endured thanks to her indiscreet neighbour.
There were men going in and out of her flat all the time. Then she would sleep all day. It was the worst two years of my life.
She was found guilty of 'banging around the house and running around in the property'
She had previously been issued with an anti-social behaviour order barring her 'from causing nuisance by playing loud music, shouting, swearing, making banging noises, stamping and slamming doors.'
It is the breach of this order which has landed her in jail.
It is been reported that the woman's boyfriend Wayne received no punishment.
But then why would he, I suppose...
The crime in this instance was not 'having sex'. Judges have not got around to prosecuting consenting adults for that yet.
It was the screaming and shouting during it.
